This Week’s Eats: Week of September 30th 2013

Gluten-free, refined sugar-free meal plan

A new month means a new meal plan (I plan an entire month at a time). I worked it all out last week, determined to make October simpler and more affordable than September.

September was a test month, so I have no regrets. I gave my plan 99.9% (with minor changes) no matter how complicated it was. That’s the way I (and probably the majority of us ADDers) learn — hands-on experience. Now I know and made adjustments.

You may have noticed I simplified breakfasts and snacks. Lots of repeating snacks, but that’s the point!

As usual, this plan is 100% gluten-free and refined sugar-free. I still need to work at getting it 100% Paleo. With time…

So, here it is… October’s first week of meals. I hope it helps you feed your family too!
